Details for the Event
Cookier Ticket Holders must bake and bring 6 dozen cookies of all the same type to the event. Must be homemade, and each guest needs their own 6 dozen to enter the event. Guests without cookies will not be permitted to enter, no exceptions.
Two dozen cookies will go towards the tasting portion of the event, where you’ll be able to taste as many cookies as you like! There will be hundreds of varieties of cookies to taste, as well as charcuterie for snacking, and a cash bar!
After the tasting portion we will begin the cookie exchange! We will provide boxes so that each guest will leave with four dozen cookies at the end of the night, that you get to select!
Make sure to have the name of your cookie, as well as a brief description at time of purchase. You may not change your cookie type from what you originally type in when purchasing tickets. What you type in will be on your label next to your name.
Awards given for best cookie, best flavor, best presentation and most unique
This year we will be hosting a charity raffle. There will be gifts from local Nolensville businesses that guests can bid on with proceeds going directly to the Nolensville Food Pantry.

Are you requiring inspection of everyone’s home kitchens?
No. Cookie exchanges have been going on for years and part of the fun of a cookie exchange is bringing cookies and taking them home. You assume the “risk” of partaking in cookies from someone else’s kitchen. We do highly recommend taking extra efforts to ensure cleanliness of work areas/surfaces and keep all pets out of the kitchen while baking.

Unfortunately everyone that buys a cookier ticket will be required to bring 6 dozen cookies. Anyone without bringing 6 dozen cookies will not be permitted regardless if they are a ticket holder.

There will probably be a few repeat cookies, but everyone has different recipes so they will still taste different! This was not much of an issue last year!

You may purchase as many as you like for your group however accurate information is required for each ticket holder.
Can I purchase a discounted ticket to be a spectator?
We will have spectator tickets available soon once we sell a good amount of cookier tickets however they are not at a discounted rate as you will still participate in all the event has to offer, you just will not take home any cookies.
How should I bring my 6 dozen cookies?
They must be brought in 2 disposable containers as the containers will not be returned! 1 container will hold 4 dozen cookies for the exchange and the other container will hold 2 dozen of your samples cut into fours. You can use disposable tupperware, ziplocs, foil pans or even cookies boxes sold at Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Walmart or Amazon. All boxes will need to be clearly marked with your name and cookie title/description. They need to be dropped off no later than the evening before the event.
What if there are duplicates of a cookie?
We will definitely have duplicates of cookies but that is fine. Keep in mind that everyone will only take home 48 cookies so having some multiplies is absoltuely fine.
